Responsibility
Bangladesh Emerald Tours is responsible for operating the tour as per the mentioned itinerary under normal conditions. However, in the event of natural disasters, political crises, flight delays or cancellations, or other unavoidable situations, Bangladesh Emerald Tours will not be held liable but will provide all possible assistance. In such cases, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to revise or modify the proposed itinerary to ensure smooth operations or in unavoidable circumstances. Bangladesh Emerald Tours reserves the right to accept or refuse any participant in the tour.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical issues, personal accidents, etc. Bangladesh Emerald Tours does not provide health, accident, or travel insurance for participants.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel any tour, you must notify us at least three months in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Terms and Conditions
- No refund will be given for any unused services.
- We do not accept credit/debit cards or cheques for payments.
- Hotel accommodations may change due to unavailability or other reasons, but we will ensure the same category and quality of service.
- The itinerary may be rearranged due to unavoidable circumstances or operational needs.
- Any increase in service charges from third-party suppliers, government taxes, entry fees, etc., will be collected directly from the guest or agent.
- Prices may be revised due to factors such as oil surcharges, inflation, or currency fluctuations.
- Hotel check-in time is between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in or extended stays may incur additional charges as per hotel policy.
